We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
At Uumibeautyshop, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We stand behind the quality of our products, but due to the nature of our items, no refunds will be given. Please make sure you are confident in your purchase before checking out.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item
Note: Skincare or beauty items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
